Dance Studio Audit is led by a studio owner of 10 years with more than 22 years in the dance industry. Anna has worked for and alongside multiple studio owners, and she understands the highs, burnout, emotional exhaustion, difficult parents, staffing issues, financial stress, and loneliness that can come with being the boss.
The work is practical and personal: systems, finances, boundaries, retention, organization, communication, and problem-solving with someone who understands the industry firsthand.
